In this questionnaire we ask you questions about your health, lifestyle and genetic disorders. We also discuss possible previous pregnancies and deliveries. Besides, we will explain our approach and care.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f2340fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f2340fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If we have your permission, we will discuss your dossier with the midwife\/gynaecologist of the hospital of your preference. This contributes to the uptake of calcium.<\/li><li><strong>Calcium<\/strong>: we advise to take 1000 mg of Calcium each day from 11 weeks of pregnancy.<ul><li><strong>Mothers for mothers<\/strong>: from 6 to 16 weeks, you can participate in \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.moedersvoormoeders.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mothers for mothers<\/a>\u2019: this organisation collects urine of pregnant women to make medicine to help other women get pregnant.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Sign up for maternity care:<\/strong> we advise you to sign up at a maternity care office after the first term ultrasound (11 weeks).<\/li><li><strong>Check health care insurance:<\/strong> check your health insurance and which care they cover. The midwife care before, during and after the delivery is covered by the basic insurance. It is possible that you are charged or that certain tests are (partially) not reimbursed. Also request your maternity package.<\/li><li><strong>Sign up for day-care<\/strong>: do this early in your pregnancy due to long waiting lists.<\/li><li><strong>Request a leave of absence at your work<\/strong>: you will receive a pregnancy declaration after the first term ultrasound. Are you married? Or do you have a registered partnership?
